NAQTS’s Air Quality Bench (AQB) is a small, lightweight, robust, and affordable measurement device that is ideally suited for integration into other air quality monitoring devices and infrastructures. Patent pending.
Measurements
NAQTS’s OEM solutions can be used for simultaneous and continuous measurement of Particle Number, PM2.5, PM10, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, and Volatile Organic Compounds. Our OEM devices are also fitted with Temperature, Pressure, and Relative Humidity measurements coupled with 3D accelerometer and 3D gyro for vibration.
Metrology
The AQB yields accurate results under both steady-state and transient operating conditions:
- PN: Condensation Particle Counter (CPC) is ISO 27891 compliant.
- CO2: Auto Baseline Correction algorithm used for long-term sampling.
- Calibration – easy, low cost calibration using typical automotive gas bottles, e.g. 16% CO2 Quad Blend (CO, HC, NO), and NO2 through the integrated diluter.

- Integrated ejector diluter to ensure single count mode
- Fitted with peristaltic pump to automatically fill the working fluid tank
- Built-in accelerometer and gyroscope for tilt monitoring to automatically shut off the pumps preventing optics contamination
